These Terms of Use govern access to and use of cromwellfutureworks.com, the public workflow audit app at public-audit.vercel.app, and related public materials provided by Cromwell FutureWorks, also referred to as CFW.

By using the website or public audit app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Website purpose

The website describes CFW services, portfolio/labs work, operating principles, and request-audit workflows. The public workflow audit app provides a lightweight first-pass workflow triage experience. These surfaces are informational and lead-intake tools for business users.

• You are responsible for reviewing any suggested process, AI, automation, or workflow change with qualified humans before acting, especially where customers, money, employees, compliance, security, safety, or brand trust are involved.
• Submitting the public audit intake does not create a client relationship, paid engagement, confidentiality obligation, or obligation for CFW to provide follow-up unless separately agreed in writing.

CFW may help with workflow mapping, opportunity diagnosis, AI-native work scaffolds, templates, pilot planning, and related advisory support. CFW does not promise guaranteed savings, autonomous operations, replacement of human judgment, or suitability for every industry or regulated context.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, probe, attack, overload, or reverse engineer the website or related systems.
• Do not submit malicious code, spam, false information, or material that violates another party's rights.
• Do not use the website in a way that violates applicable law or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
