The workflow problem
Research was available. Reusable pursuit context was not.
Meeting and pursuit preparation often starts from scratch: public research is scattered, client context is difficult to reuse, and plausible claims can outrun the evidence.
What was built
- Structured client, target-account, buyer-role, and meeting-goal inputs.
- Provider seams for deterministic and model-assisted generation.
- Pursuit briefs, discovery questions, evidence notes, and claims to avoid.
- Evaluation history and reusable profile concepts for future workspace development.
Current boundaries
- The current hosted workspace is protected rather than publicly available.
- The buyer profile and repeatable commercial package still need real-world validation.
- Generated material requires evidence review before it is used in a client-facing pursuit.
What it demonstrates
- Turning a fuzzy research task into a structured workflow.
- Keeping providers replaceable behind shared contracts.
- Building caution and evidence handling into the output rather than adding a disclaimer later.
